Plan, organize and coordinate all (soft) grand opening activities and festivities with Ownership

Ensure total preparedness of all operating departments to provide the first arriving guests with excellence

Coordinate press releases as necessary and appropriate

Interface with general contractor and review time table for punch lists

Management or oversight of management

Ongoing training and development of management team

Flexible exit strategy by Ascona, transitioning out of operations, once Ownership is comfortable with the management team in place

Possibly assist with finding a suitable management company and/or assist ownership with management oversight or asset management.
