Paul Pastoor

 

Paul Pastoor has more than 25 years of international hotel and resort experience. In recent years, Paul has assisted several hotel owners and companies with a multitude of assignments, in sales and marketing, food and beverage and with general management. His most recent assignments include stints with Destination Hotels & Resorts, the privately owned Lodge and Spa at Cordillera and Prestige Resorts and Destinations.

 

Earlier in his career, Paul managed two large resorts on the Big island of Hawaii, and owned one the top five Italian restaurants in the Southwest. As well, he was Corporate Director of Operations for John Gardiner’s Resorts, overseeing three resorts in Rancho Santa Fe, California and in Sedona and Scottsdale, Arizona.

 

Mr. Pastoor focuses on interim management, turn-around work-outs and quality assurance programs for limited and full service hotels and resorts worldwide. Paul and his wife Connie reside in Phoenix, Arizona.
